Curfew continued for the fifth consecutive day on Monday in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda and Kishtwar towns of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir amid a peaceful protest was staged in Jammu city over blasphemous remarks on Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) by BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma and another BJP leader Naveen Kumar Jindal.

The occupation authorities decided to continue curfew restrictions imposed under Section 144 of the CrPc in the Muslim dominated towns in the name of maintaining law and order.

As heavy deployment continued in the two towns, there was no report of any untoward incident from anywhere.
